1. Eligibility

Any works uploaded on the VoyceMe platform and meet the platform's content guidelines are eligible to be entered into the competition.

VoyceMe does not permit the following content on our platform:

Works must be submitted for the competition between November 22, 2024 to March 12, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Users must be of age 13 or above to join the competition. VoyceMe may request for an identification (including submission of certain personal information for this purpose) prior to the awarding of prizes to confirm the eligibility of a contestant.

VoyceMe Originals may not be entered into the competition.

Employees of the company or relatives of employees up to the fourth degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the competition.

2. Submission Guidelines

Any valid work that can be uploaded on the VoyceMe platform may join the competition.

There are no genre and length restrictions to the uploaded works.

Only works marked by the user as entered into the competition may be eligible for the contest.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By entering a work into the contest, the user guarantees that they own the copyright for the work.

Users retain the copyright and ownership of any work entered into the competition.

Content that infringe on any copyright or intellectual property will be disqualified from the competition.

By entering the work into the contest, the user provides VoyceMe a worldwide and non-exclusive right and license (with the right to sublicense to VoyceMe affiliates solely in connection with their provision of services) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, transmit, broadcast, modify (which is made solely for the purpose of formatting for display), and distribute your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats only through VoyceMe's website, social media accounts and other platforms and provision of its services.

4. Content Usage

The user gives VoyceMe the license to promote the work on platforms such as but not limited to social media, websites, and other media.

The user gives VoyceMe the license to modify or adapt the submission for display (e.g. cropping of images, elements, or characters).

5. Warranties and Representation

By entering a work into the competition, the user guarantees that the work is original and is their own, and does not violate any third-party rights or copyrights.

6. Prizes

Five winners of $2,000 each will be declared as winners.

Winners for the competition will automatically enter them to the Grand Slam League.

Winners will be announced on March 30, 2025. Disbursement of Prizes will be made within ninety (90) calendar days.

If a winner declines to receive the award or does not respond to VoyceMe within 48 hours of contact, VoyceMe may choose a different winner.

7. Winner Selection

The judging criteria for the submitted works is as follows:

• Views - The total amount of views that the work receives within two weeks of its submission for the competition will compose 60% of their total score.
• Votes - The total amount of votes that the work receives within two weeks of its submission for the competition will compose 40% of their total score.
• Users may only vote for one work a day. Votes refresh the next day.

8. Publicity and Promotion

Winners will be contacted through their VoyceMe profile and any other contact information that they may include in their profile, including their email. Winners agree that any of their personal information, as submitted to VoyceMe in signing up and joining the competition, and their works may be publicly announced and that their content may be displayed.

9. Disqualification

Any work that is found to have violated any section of the Terms and Conditions, or is found to have violated the platform's Content Use TOC, may be disqualified from the competition.

Repeated violations of the same user may be grounds for a permanent disqualification from VoyceMe's competitions.

10. Liability and Indemnification

By joining the competition, the user agrees to free VoyceMe from any and all liability with regards to the entered works. VoyceMe shall not be held liable for technical errors, lost submissions, or third-party claims made unto work submitted into the competition. The user shall hold VoyceMe harmless for any damage that may be caused to the user or their works due to joining the competition. The user shall indemnify VoyceMe from any legal claims arising from their submission.
